We’re a black woman owned cocktail company. Our cocktails are small-batch custom-blend drinks served in a variety of fun containers that you can grab and go. Our boozy pops and jello shots are gourmet and perfectly balanced for taste and quality. Bad & Boozy Cocktail Co. brings the good time right to you.

+ HOW DO I BOOK YOU GUYS FOR AN EVENT?

The Bad & Boozy Cocktail Co is available for corporate events, brand activations, weddings, birthdays, bridal showers and pretty much any event where good vibes are desired! Please visit our events page for more information or to make an event booking.

+ HOW DO I ORDER IF IT'S NOT FOR AN EVENT?

The minimum quantity for all personal orders is 20 items. Please submit your order through the order form on the website (menu page does NOT accept checkouts). First, visit our menu page and add all items you need from our menu to your cart. Next, when you’re done click checkout, then copy checkout cart URL. Finally, fill out your delivery details on the order form and paste your cart checkout URL. You’re now just one submit button away from a good time.

Once your order is received we will send you an order summary email within 24 hours, which contains our payment information (please be patient!)

+ CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY TODAY?

We currently don't have the capacity for same-day orders, but if you order by 5pm and we're not sold out you can get an order for next day!

+ DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes we deliver within 5 miles of 30319 in Atlanta ($5 fee), and other parts of Atlanta as well ($15 fee). Orders over $150 are delivered for free!

+ CAN I PICKUP?

Unfortunately we no longer offer pickups as an order option.

+ DO YOU SHIP?

At this time we do not ship and cannot make ANY exceptions. This includes drinkware. We may change this in the coming months and if so, a public announcement will be made once we start shipping!

+ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Orders go out for delivery at 2pm each day. Delivery times may vary depending on borough and the volume of orders being delivered. We cannot provide accurate delivery windows at this time but your on your scheduled delivery date the driver will contact you at the number on file when he is roughly 15 mins away. Please be patient with our small team!

+ WHAT DRINK FLAVORS DO YOU HAVE?

Glad you asked. We’re very proud of our pretty dope menu that caters to a variety of tastes. Whether you’re sweet and fruity, or crisp and tart - we’ve got just the drank for you. Find our menu in our IG story highlights or on the menu page of our website.

+ CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM FLAVORS?

Yes, we can create custom cocktail flavors for a minimum order of 100 items!

+ DO YOU MAKE VIRGIN DRINKS?

There's no way we're leaving our mamas and people who don't drink out of the party. Yes, you can order any drink to be made virgin for $2 less. 100% alcohol free.

+ WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Drinks cost anywhere from $9-$16. Treats and others cost from $4-$30. Please refer to our menu for cost information and guidance on how to price your order.

+ WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CashApp, Venmo and PayPal. When using any of these methods you can add you name and order date to the notes and we'll verify your payment.

+ WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

The payment deadline is 5pm the day before scheduled pickup/delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment is not received by the deadline the order is automatically cancelled so that someone can be moved off the waitlist.

+ CAN I PAY MORE THAN THE DEPOSIT?

Certainly! Most customers pay for their full order upfront.

+WHEN DO I PAY MY BALANCE?

Balances are due ON DELIVERY. You can pay using your original payment method. Our drivers do not accept cash.

+WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

Let us know what allergies you have and we can let you know what drinks do not contain any of your allergens. The last thing we want is for you to have a bad reaction just because you wanted to get lit!

+CAN I PERSONALIZE MY DRINKWARE?

Customization is available for orders of 50+ units.

+ WHAT OTHER ADD-ONS DO YOU HAVE?

You can upgrade any order with: fancy straws, a double amount of alcohol, CBD, or even add a custom calligraphy sign for your bar/drink table. All add ons and prices are also available in our menu.

+ I'd like to place a wholesale order, how do I do that?

Awesome! Our minimum order quantity for wholesale is 200 of any item. Please email orders@badxboozy.com to place any wholesale orders.

+ MY PARTY IS IN A MONTH - WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?

First of all, we love parties. Second, we recommend ordering as early as possible because we have limited order capacity for each day.

+ HOW LONG DO your products LAST?

Our cocktails last up to 10 days in the fridge, Jell-O shots and gummy Bears last up to 2 weeks in the fridge, popsicles can last up to 2 months frozen

+ CAN I GET FREE DRINKS IN EXCHANGE FOR PROMO?

Our Operations Officer, Blue Ivy Carter said no so we listen to what she says.

+ WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PACKAGING?

We spent a lot of time doing research to find the right packaging that suited our business and branding, and made sure not to stifle our own creativity by following what other companies have done before. There are so many online resources to help you find the right packaging for YOUR business!

+ WHAT IS THE CBD ADD ON?

For $2 extra per drink we add 40mg of CDB to your drink to elevate your drinking experience. CBD is a naturally occurring compound praised for its calming effects. Most people report feeling chill and mellow after CBD. We only add CBD to cocktails (with the exception of the 5L).

+ CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Hell yes, and they'll love you for it forever! Please provide their address and phone # in the order form, but use your email so that payment info is sent directly to you. We can also include a note for you at no cost.

Not at the moment, but we promise they are coming VERY soon
